I love getting outside to paint. Been a member of the Monterey Bay Plein Air Painters Association for a few years. In 2024 I participated in my first competition. It was the Steamboat Springs Art Museum Plein Air Event in Colorado. I try to bring my paints with me when I travel. Sometimes I can take my larger format equipment and other times the smaller sized one. Outside the US, I’ve painted in France, Italy, Japan, and New Zealand.
